The company’s founder, Steven R. Kursh, Ph.D., CSDP, CLP has extensive experience in the computer software industry, telecommunications, and the Internet. He was the founder of a software company that was acquired by McGraw-Hill and is the author of academic and practitioner articles related to software, e-commerce, finance, health care, and telecommunications.   Dr. Kursh is the author of a book published by Financial Times Prentice-Hall, and an inventor.

Dr. Kursh is an Executive Professor at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. As a full-time member of the faculty, he is responsible for teaching courses in the College of Business and in the College of Engineering.

He has also developed and taught courses at Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, and in continuing professional education programs. He has earned several teaching awards, been a mentor capitalist, and received research funding from several foundations and government agencies.

Dr. Kursh as been admitted as an expert before arbitration panels, state courts, and in the federal courts (Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts District, Northern District of California, Delaware District, and Eastern District of Texas) in matters relating to intellectual property (copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and patents); the computer software industry, including development and implementation of software products, licensing, marketing, management, contract compliance, and valuation; and the Internet.
